ROI.me is API-first. Every capability in the portal is designed to be callable from your code and your AI tools, using the same services, permissions and approval rules.

Design principles

One service layer. The portal, API, MCP server and ROI Agent call the same functions, so permissions and approval policy can't drift between them.
Stable public IDs. Resources use prefixed identifiers such as brd_ and cmp_. Internal database IDs are never exposed.
Spend is governed. Requests that launch campaigns or raise budgets go through your organization's approval policy, whatever the caller.
Honest integrations. Every connector reports whether it's available, in beta or planned.
