- What are credits?
- Credits pay for AI media generation. An image uses 4 credits; video uses 9 credits per second of generated footage and 4 per second of presenter video; a voiceover uses 12 credits per 1,000 characters. Every generation shows its credit total before it runs. Tracking, audiences, campaigns and analytics never use credits.
- What are AI actions?
- AI actions cover the AI writing and reasoning around your ads: concept rounds, video scripts, rewrites, creative reviews, audience suggestions and ROI Agent replies. Analyzing a brand's website counts as five. AI intent readings, the AI summaries of your highest-intent visitors, have their own allowance; rule-based intent scoring is unlimited.
- What happens if I use more than my plan includes?
- On a paid plan, work continues at your plan's overage rates (see the table above), billed at the end of the month, up to a monthly limit you control. It starts at your plan price, and you can raise it or set it to $0 to stop at your allowance. During a free trial, generation pauses at the trial allowance. Tracking and campaigns never stop either way.
- Is ad spend included?
- No. You pay the ad networks directly for media. ROI.me never holds or marks up your spend.
- What counts as a tracked visitor?
- A distinct visitor seen by the ROI Pixel in a calendar month. Bots filtered by the pixel don't count. Tracking is never switched off for a small overage.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
- How does the free trial work?
- Your first 7 days are free, one trial per company. The trial includes Growth features with 120 credits and 60 AI actions, so you can analyze your brand and generate image ads. Video generation starts on a paid plan.
