- What are credits?
- Credits pay for AI generation: images, video, avatars and copy. Each generation shows its credit cost before it runs. Tracking, audiences, campaigns, analytics and ROI Agent analysis don't use credits.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Generation pauses until your credits renew or you upgrade. Nothing else stops: your pixel keeps tracking and your campaigns keep running.
- Is ad spend included?
- No. You pay the ad networks directly for media. ROI.me never holds or marks up your spend.
- What counts as a tracked visitor?
- A distinct visitor seen by the ROI Pixel in a calendar month. Bots filtered by the pixel don't count. Tracking is never switched off for a small overage.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
- How does the free trial work?
